The pamphlet, titled Protecting Iowa's Children From Sexual, Assault and written by David P. Schor, M.D., FAAP, discusses the effects of sexual abuse on children, what to do if a child has been sexually assaulted and how adults can help prevent sexual abuse. Dr. Schor is chairman of The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Advisory Committee's Subcommittee on Child Abuse or Neglect.
