Vail: winter comes to life at Colorado's largest ski mountain

The AAP continuing medical education course on infectious diseases will leave participants plenty of time to enjoy the slopes in Vail, Colo.

Vail offers prime alpine and cross-country skiing for everyone from the beginner to the seasoned skier.

Those taking to the slopes for the first time might want to take advantage of the group and private lessons offered through the Vail/ Beaver Creek Ski School — the world's largest ski school.

Discounts for lift tickets, rentals and lessons are available to those who register for the course.
