Vegas fun runs `round-the-clock

The entertainment spot of Las Vegas, Nev., will be the site of the AAP Continuing Medical Education course "Advances in Pediatrics I." scheduled for Feb. 6-8.

While Las Vegas' array of casinos, restaurants and shows has given it a reputation as a "nightlife" city, the daylight hours offer a wide range of activities as well.
