Picture this a pediatrician in rural practice. Perhaps you pictured someone like Donald C. Gargas, M.D., FAAP, who works for a community health center in a Washington town of 6,000 where he cares for the children of migrant and seasonal workers. Or maybe you pictured someone like Allan Kohrt, M.D., FAAP, who works in a four-person practice that has him dividing his time between the group's main office in Honesdale, Pa., and one of three satellite offices.
