Peter G. Danis, M.D., FAAP, 75, Laude, MO., died January 6.

Dr. Danis was chairman emeritus of the Department of Pediatrics and clinical professor emeritus of pediatrics at the St. Louis University School of Medicine. In the early 1930s, Dr. Danis devised the idea for what 26 years later would become the Cardinal Glennon Memorial Hospital for Children.

He received his medical degree in 1931 from the St. Louis University School of Medicine.
