Growth for the Future: Efforts focused on Kresge challenge grant

As Academy leaders attempt to complete the Growth for the Future campaign to raise funds for the AAP's Elk Grove Village headquarters, most campaign activity is focused on fulfilling the terms of a challenge grant from the Kresge Foundation.

The grant was awarded to the Academy last year by the Troy, Mich., foundation and represents the campaign's largest single foundation pledge. However, a final spurt of activity will be needed to meet provisions attached to the pledge.
