Members named to NICHD council

HHS Secretary Margaret M. Heckler recently named four new members to the principal advisory body of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).

Appointed to the National Advisory Child Health and Human Development Council were: Joseph H. Bellina, M.D. an expert on gynecologic laser surgery; Vivian F. Lewis, Ph.D., a retired educator; Howard A. Schneiderman, Ph.D., a senior vice president for the Monsanto Company, St. Louis, Mo.; and Dudley H. Willis, a Boston attorney.
