T.V. pediatricians give advice

If you're invited to appear on a television interview, need the advice of those who know.

"Keep it short," says Yolanda Reid, M.D., FAAP, Bethesda, Md.

"Know what you're talking about and then talk about it as if you were saying it to a patient," advises Henry Harris, M.D., FAAP, Stamford, Conn.

"Don't get into petty arguments," cautions Robert A. Mendelson, M.D., FAAP, Portland, Ore.
