AAP makes progress in membership, public communications

"Communication" is today's buzz word. We all are urged to communicate better so writing a column on communication may be asking for trouble. I can see the letters now! But since the Academy spends a good deal of time and money on communication, it seems wise to let you know about improvements we've made in informing our members and the public, and about further advancements we are planning.
