Pediatric input valued by makers of 'Capt. Kangaroo'

Until recently, I associated Saban Industries with pretty violent children's television fare, like its "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" and "X Men."

With the Academy, I have always recommended that parents not allow their children to watch such shows. Their conflict resolution model invariably involves hurling bodies, hurling objects and eradicating one's opponent.
