Intensive review course will focus on pediatric infectious diseases

PREP: ID, An Intensive Review Course of Pediatric Infectious Diseases will be offered for the first time in 1997 as a joint effort of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the AAP Section on Infectious Diseases, and the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society. The course will be held July 15-20, 1997, at the Renaissance Hotel in Chicago, Ill.

PREP:ID is designed to assist physicians preparing for the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Subspecialty Certifying Examination, as well as those interested in a comprehensive refresher course in pediatric infectious diseases. The course content is based on the American Board of Pediatrics Subspecialty Certifying Examination Content Outline developed by the Subboard of Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
