Mix of education, entertainment set for Annual Meeting

The AAP Annual Meeting is the largest pediatric educational event of its kind, with more than 7,500 professional attendees expected. Here are a few reasons why you should be a part of it all:

Earn Category 1 CME credits

By attending the Annual Meeting AAP members can earn up to 37.5 hour-by-hour credit hours in Category 1 of the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. Family physicians can earn up to 36 prescribed elective hours by the American Academy of Family Physicians, and pediatric nurse associates and practitioners can earn up to 24.75 elective hours by the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners.
