Powell lauds CATCH during Annual Meeting

While most American young people are optimistic about their futures, "many are not believing in America's dream," retired U.S. Gen. Colin Powell warned AAP members during a whirlwind stop at the annual meeting in San Francisco.

"There are many youngsters who wonder if their fellow citizens care for them. We have to care," he told his Plenary Session audience during a 20-minute noon-time address Oct. 19.
