Massachusetts doctor/lawyer wages war for fairness: Intellect humor fortify Dr. Ouellette in builing child health legacy

She's a veteran pediatric neurologist who has fought more than 30 years to improve the lives of developmentally disabled children in her native state of Massachusetts. She's also an attorney who headed off to law school at the tender age of 50 to better arm herself for her ongoing children's health crusade.

After more than three decades as a practicing pediatrician and researcher into such thorny medical issues Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), 62-year-old Eileen M. Ouellette, M.D., FAAP, says she's working harder than ever to upgrade medical care for developmentally disabled children in the New England region.
