Another in a series of "Practical Pediatrics" courses will be held from Sept. 11 to Sept. 13 at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St. Petersburg, Fla. Designed for pediatricians and family physicians, the continuing medical education (CME) course sponsored by the American Academy of Pediatrics features nationally prominent faculty presenting the most recent advances and current issues in pediatrics. Topics include allergy, development/behavior, endocrinology, gastroenterology, genetics and infectious diseases. The format will combine lectures, seminars and question-and-answer sessions that allow participants to interact with faculty in solving problems they encounter in their practices.
