Recess reminder

Members of Congress will be home in their districts from early August until Sept. 7. AAP members should invite their legislators to a chapter activity or for a tour of a hospital, clinic or office. Pediatricians also can call or visit the district offices to discuss child health issues, such as tobacco, health care, child care or CLIA. Contact your legislators today about their recess schedule.
