HMO contracts, otitis media, hip dysplasia among Chicago CME topics

The "Practical Pediatrics" series continues with a course from Oct. 8 to Oct. 11 at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. Designed for pediatricians and family physicians, the course will include sessions on dermatology, developmental/behavioral pediatrics, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, neurology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and practice management.

The format will combine lectures, question-and-answer sessions and case-based sessions that allow participant interaction with nationally prominent faculty to solve problems encountered in practice. Case discussions will focus on diagnosis and management, and attendance is limited to allow for more interaction with faculty.
