Videotape gives members opportunity to meet the candidates

Videotapes of interviews with the AAP vice presidential candidates have been made available to AAP members for the first time through the efforts of the AAP National Nominating Committee.

In the videotape, candidates Antoinette P. Eaton, M.D., FAAP, and Richard M. Narkewicz, M.D., FAAP, respond separately to questions posed by an interviewer. The candidates discuss how they would address what they see as the major issues affecting child health care. They also speak about what effect they believe the Academy's educational programs have on the practice of pediatrics and how those programs can be made more effective.
