Colorado: Handicapped children

Health professionals nationwide are taking a look at a program sponsored by the AAP Colorado Chapter which sensitizes health professionals to the needs of handicapped children.

For two years, the chapter has sponsored the "Early Identification of Handicapped Children's Project" with several state agencies and private groups. The project helps physicians and other health care professionals identify and care for handicapped children and their famililes.
