UNICEF welcomes involvement

Becoming part of a local speaker's bureau, encouraging participation by local organizations and helping plan community-wide child survival projects are just some of the ways pediatricians can take part in UNICEF's child survival campaign.

"It's still open territory in terms of good ideas," Estelle Strizhak, national model city coordinator, said of the campaign.

To find out more about how you can participate in the campaign, contact UNICEF's New York office or the model city coordinator in your area.
