Grants awarded to residents

The AAP Committee on Residency Fellowship recently awarded grants between $750 and $5,000 to 27 physicians.

The grants, designed to enable young physicians to complete their pediatric training, included: one award of $5,000; eight awards of $3,000; six awards of $2,000; and 12 awards of $750.

In all, 63 physicians applied for the awards.
