AAP News Vol. 2 No. 6 June 1986, p. 20 © 1986 American Academy of Pediatrics
One of the privileges during the year as AAP president is the opportunity to meet with groups of pediatricians all across the country. This has been true this year, and those groups have varied over most of the geographic regions of the country. They have varied from small to large groups, and they have varied from groups of practitioners to groups of academicians or mixtures of both. In spite of the considerable variation in these groups of pediatricians, there has been one common feature to them all: their concern their preoccupation, even with the advent of the corporate practice of medicine.
