Arkansas: Promoting pediatrics

The AAP Arkansas Chapter has published "Decisions, Decisions, Decisions," a pamphlet created to show parents why they should choose a pediatrician — rather than other health care providers — to care for their child.

Arkansas Chapter members will receive copies of the pamphlet to distribute in their practice and community, said Alternate Chapter Chairman Rex Ramsey, M.D.

"I don't know that any other state has developed one like it, but we felt that it was definitely needed," Dr. Ramsey said.
