The health problems that face children of the future will largely be emotional, not physical, according to an international group of pediatricians. That means child survival of tomorrow will be dependent on treating what these experts term the new morbidity: accidents, suicide and homocide. These problems, and a unique way to help solve them by involving children were discussed by three physicians at the International Congress of Pediatrics.
