Australian physician describes growth in adolescent health care

As young children become adolescents, their health needs dramatically change. However, it has been just recently that adolescent health care has attained strength and credibility in Australia and other countries, said David L. Bennett, M.D.

Dr. Bennett, an Australian pediatric expert who gave a presentation at the International Congress of Pediatrics, said that adolescent health services in his country have begun to flourish in only the last decade.
