ErrataThe following corrections should be made to the AAP Pediatric Nutrition Handbook, 5th edition:Page 45: Last paragraph: Line 4 should be changed from "maximum daily dose of one vial (i.e., 5 µL)" to "maximum daily dose of one vial (i.e., 5 mL)." Page 108: The footnote at bottom of page should state: "There is a difference of opinion among AAP experts on this matter. The Committee on Nutrition acknowledges that the Section on Breastfeeding recommends exclusive breastfeeding for about six months."
