Brush up on pediatric infectious diseases with PREP:ID

Join colleagues for a long weekend in the Windy City and a comprehensive review and update of pediatric infectious diseases at PREP:ID, July 24-29 at the Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile.

New for 2007, following lectures/question-and-answer sessions are hot topic presentations in which faculty present information on new and important issues related to select topics. Other educational formats include plenary lectures/question-and-answer sessions that will address at least half of the content specifications in the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) Subboard of Pediatric Infectious Diseases Content Outline with 100% of the ABP content covered in syllabus materials.

Also presented will be case vignettes and an Infectious Diseases in Clinical Practice track that includes case presentations and panel discussions.

Course directors are Penelope H. Dennehy, M.D., FAAP, professor of pediatrics at Brown Medical School, and Meg Fisher, M.D., FAAP, medical director of Children's Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center.

Participants can earn up to 35.25 AMA PRA Category 1 credits for the entire course, 19 credits for the morning course, July 25-29, or 19.25 credits for the weekend course, July 27-29.
