Jose F. Alvarado, M.D., FAAP, of Salisbury, Md., died Aug. 8 after an automobile accident at age 50.

William T. Dungan, M.D., FAAP, of Little Rock, Ark., died March 9 at age 78.

Edward B. Holley, M.D., FAAP, of Carmichael, Calif., died July 19 at age 89.

Charles A. Omdal, M.D., FAAP, of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., died Aug. 21 of complications from kidney disease at age 73.

David E. Schmelzle, M.D., FAAP, of Fallbrook, Calif., died July 27 at age 60.

Albert F. Stein, M.D., FAAP, of Chicago, died Aug. 12 at age 97.

Thomas B. Wright, M.D., FAAP, of Bay City, Mich., died Aug. 18 of complications from a heart attack at age 86.
