Henry Mitchell, M.D., FAAP, of Indiana, Pa., died Aug. 30 at age 86.

Martin Woodall, M.D., FAAP, of Oklahoma City, Okla., died Aug. 31 at age 74.

Terrence A. Yoder, M.D., FAAP, of Decatur, Ga., died Sept. 12 at age 45.
