Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) discovered in adolescence most often manifests itself in academic under-achievement and "immature" behavior, according to a study in the June Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. Adolescents who fidget excessively, are clumsy, interrupt and intrude, fail to finish school work or sustain attention, laugh excessively, or overreact to teasing or normal peer interactions, among other symptoms, might have ADHD, researchers stated.
