HEALTH ALERT

Recall

Wooden painted puzzles manufactured by Little Headworks Co., of Dallas, are being recalled because paint on the toys could cause lead poisoning.

Only 400 of the wooden puzzles were imported from Mexico and distributed from May 1986 to May 1987 in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

The puzzles should be returned for refunds to the stores where they were purchased.
