AMA delegates approve AAP immunization resolution

The AMA House of Delegates acted on several reports and resolutions concerning pediatrics during their recent Annual Meeting, including adopting an AAP resolution that urges AMA support for adequate federal funding of the childhood immunization program.

The resolution calls for the AMA to support "adequate appropriations by the federal government to assure the stability of the childhood immunization program."
