Recalls The following products are being recalled because they pose hazards to children, officials at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) report. Mini Togs, Inc., is recalling certain spin rattles distributed with its baby bib #200 because the rattles' small parts present choking, aspiration or ingestion hazards. The hazardous rattles feature a center part in the shape of a bear face, butterfly, bell or train engine.
