Assert pediatric voice in child advocacy

A recurring theme of the American Academy of Pediatrics has been "Speak up for children!" Well, perhaps pediatricians need to invest in a megaphone, beginning with their first month's income; or better yet, an amplifier. Another alternative might be for more of us to speak up for children -- LOUDLY, and with greater frequency.
