PRICES & TERMS

Effective June 1, 2006, subscribers can choose between two access levels:

Limited Access Subscription

This option provides three workstations per subscription and access to the most-recent 12 months of issues and supplements. A print copy is included (online-only option available).

Site License

With a site license to AAP NEWS you will receive access for your entire institutional network (single-site/campus and multi-site options available). The site license includes access to the AAP NEWS e-Archives—cover to cover full-text of every issue of the journal back to volume 1, issue 1. A print copy is included (online-only option available).

NEW: AAP e-Journal Collection Site License

With a site license to the e-Journal Collection, your institution will receive organization-wide access to PEDIATRICS, PEDIATRICS IN REVIEW, NEOREVIEWS, AAP NEWS, and AAP GRAND ROUNDS—the premier titles in pediatrics. These online journals come with state-of-the-art features such as customizable e-mail alerts, advanced search engines, COUNTER-compliant usage statistics, and free reference linking to cited articles in hundreds of other journals. By purchasing the AAP e-Journal Collection, you will save 20% off the price of each title's standard rate. Ordering Procedure

Subscribing to AAP News Online is a 2 step process:

First, you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to the paper version of AAP News, ISSN 1073-0397, which also provides access to the online version. Payment should be made to your subscription agent or directly to AAP.

Second, once your serial vendor or AAP has received payment, you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to AAP News Online:

Institution's IP Address(es)
[CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT IP ADDRESSES -- READ THIS]

Contact name, title, phone, fax, and email

Customer number (included with the letter)

We will send you the address of this web form and instructions for filling it out after we verify payment. Your institution will not have access to the full AAP News Online until you complete this second step.

If you are having access problems...

If you are subscribing to AAP News directly through AAP (not using a book agent), please give us a call at PHONE or fax us at FAX and we will try to assist you. Make sure that the subscription ID number we provided you with is available.

If you are subscribing to AAP News through a book agent and the issues are being shipped directly to your address, please give us a call at PHONE or fax us at FAX and we will try to assist you. Make sure that the subscriber ID number we provided you with is available.

If you are subscribing to AAP News through a book agent and the issues are being sent to them at their collection place, please call your book agent and ask them to provide us with documentation that identifies you as a subscriber. Without documentation, you will not be identified as a paid subscriber and we will not be able to help you from our office.
